Healthy Cooking Days

The next Healthy Thai Cooking Day on Friday 10th February
is now full.

Saturday 17th March I will run a new cooking workshop:

"Back to Healthy Basics".

This cooking day will be for those of you who are bored with
your current cooking and want some interesting but easy
recipes for the family - or for you alone.  We'll also cover what oils
are safe to heat, how to do a healthy stir fry without frying...
and lots more.

Healthy Cooking Workshops are days when you or a group of your friends can come together, cook ...and then enjoy a meal together.

To help those of you who think healthy foods are boring, and for those who just don't know what new health-giving foods to try or how to prepare them.

These sessions can be based on foods for certain health conditions, foods you don't normally like cooking - or just delicious healthy cooking recipes and tips.  Usually they are based on no wheat, dairy or sugar.

The workshops are 11-1430 hrs but can be changed to suit the group.  They include 4-6 recipes, with each recipe explaining the health benefits of the main ingredients. Organic fish and chicken may incur extra costs, dependent upon current market price - and of course, the day includes a banquet lunch - and any left-overs to take with you!

The cost per couple is £110;   £40 pp for a group based on 3-4 [2012 costs]

Cooking day themes are 'Cooking with Pulses', 'Moroccan feast', 'Healthy Take on Thai' and 'Fish for Those Who Don't'.... lots of warming foods to see you through the winter.
[Please email if interested in the Thai day as I have some 'cooks' wanting to make up a group of four]
