How can Nutritional therapy help you?

I think I always knew that certain foods had an impact on my health.  It just took me a while to figure out which ones, and then a while longer to accept it.

Back in the day, it was considered fussy rather than perceptive to stay away from foods that you thought weren’t your friends.  It has only been relatively recent that global perceptions have shifted, with people now understanding that food can indeed be medicine – or can cause mayhem.

This combination of my own experience, plus the growing knowledge that food matterered, that it could affect physical and mental well being, was probably the double spark that led me to study nutritional therapy.
Little did I know what a vast and astonishing world these studies would open to me.  Not just diet, nutrients and lifestyle changes, but the uniqueness of our biochemistries, the value of functional testing, the impact of environmental toxins, the power of our words and thoughts, and so much more.

Fast forward to the present and you can find me based in Dorset, working from my home clinic or virtually, via zoom, skype or phone.  I also work from Kefalonia in Greece where I offer online consultations.
My belief and committment to nutritional therapy remains the same as it was when I was my own patient.  I aim to help you feel better by using the knowledge and experience I’ve gained, and am still gaining, namely working together to find the puzzle pieces that will improve symptoms, reduce your pain and help you take your health into your own hands.

I look forward to working with you!
